Take the time and welcome a peaceful minute,

Quiet your surroundings and take in a big slow deep breath... relax your sholders... and breathe out slowly...let your mind welcome the calmness of the photos while you breathe in another Big...Deep Breath... hold...and breathe out... repeat

these breathing steps at least 4 times while you mind is entertained and with a final

BIG BREATH IN ....breath out...blink a few times, sit up straight and stretch...

and enjoy the rest of your day! 

reward yourself a few times daily with a Peaceful Minuet...you are worth it.
